A playful project with a client willing to have a little fun. This quirky, modern rental residence let us run with an ongoing play on words using their name, Quin. Too much? Maybe by the time we got to the “Quin-tact us” page.

What do you do when you have a great marketing tech product, but research indicates your website isn’t quite nailing it in terms of clearly describing what the platform does or converting visitors? You spin up some new copy and design, as we did for Liveclicker, to provide a more accurate product description… and to boost conversions.

When one of America’s largest homebuilders needed to drive home the message that buying new beats buying resale, we created this microsite (does anyone still use microsites?) and I wrote this copy to tell (and sell) the story, including the tagline, “New Home, No Worries.”
