The thing about this Philly condo building is, it’s literally built on a pier; not beside the river, but right on the water. When that’s your hook, you better sell it. In this ad, we kept it minimal, with a nod to Talking Heads.

Fordham University
Fordham had this campaign going (“New York is my campus, Fordham is my school.”) and now they needed to “shoehorn” in some specific programs as part of the campaign. I was tasked with creating this ad for the undergrad adult programs.
