Back before Mars evolved the visual brand identity of Uncle Ben’s in the wake of renewed calls for racial equality, I wrote this B2B email encouraging foodservice operators to use the classic stuffing mix. Good stuff, under any name.
Sailthru onboarding series
When you’re the largest sender of personalized emails on the planet, serving some of the world’s leading brands, you want to make sure your customers are fully embraced and educated on how to use your tech platform, starting from day one. Sailthru initiated a new nine-week series of onboarding emails and charged me with conceptualizing and writing them. To make the series fun, engaging, and effective, I named it “Thrive” and treated the onboarding like an adventure, with each email offering new lessons, or “excursions,” starting with this one.

A little alliteration with that email? This B2B campaign targeted retail marketers, playing on their need to drive ROI with AI (abbreviations much?).
